WIEDENBAUM Resume

Marlene Wiedenbaum, PSA lives and works in the Hudson Valley in upstate New York most of the time. Primarily a pastelist, her award winning landscape, figurative and still life paintings have been exhibited in New York, California, North Carolina, Connecticut, Colorado, Pennsylvania and New Orleans. She teaches pastel workshops at The Barrett Center, in Poughkeepsie, New York, where students work plein-air at selected landmarks in the Hudson Valley. An active member of many prestigious arts organizations including the Woodstock Artists Association & Museum, the Pastel Society of America and The Degas Pastel Society, her work is in private collections throughout the country.
